随着经济建设的高速增长、人员物质交流的急剧增加、城市的迅猛蔓延、私家车的井喷式普及而产生的城市交通问题成为深刻影响经济、生活、社会、生态,成为各个层面普遍关注的核心问题。


而目前传统的交通规划有两个结构性制约因素:
其一,分析模型以现状出行模式及交通流量为主要依据,来预测未来的需求。其逻辑的天然缺陷必然导致现实中不合理的因素在新的规划中继续发生作用;
其二,以政策主导设计,缺少对人本及因此带来的可持续发展的考虑。


空间句法的原理与分析手段提供了一个在“量”之外,对交通要素全新的“质”的思考与认识。如果基于个体对空间的感知,而形成的对交通路线选择占一个重要位置的话,传统强调的道路等级、道路密度可能都不是需要面对的核心问题,而道路使用的分配效率---例如道路等级的由高至低的更符合自然需求的比例分配;从群体共同感知区域出发对道路予以重新定位,赋予情晰的角色以及由此延伸的从宏观对道路线型的调整、对道路接口的调整、到合理的公交导入、到微观的对交通分隔栏、斑马线、岗亭闸口甚至红绿灯设置的考虑都必然是问题的核心所在。于是,结合城市实情,近远期综合考虑:近期对微观层面进行疏理,取得实际收效;远期考虑宏观层面结合背景规划进行结构局部微调是一种切实可行的手段。



Following the high speed development of the economic construction, the extreme increase of transportation of people and goods, the rapid sprawl of the city, and the spurt of the private car’s popularity, the urban traffic turns to be the first issue which deeply impacts the economy, society, ecology, and people’s everyday living.


However, the traditional traffic plan has two structural limits: First, the traditional model uses the existing traffic pattern and volume as the main base to predict the future demands. The natural fault of this logic inevitably leads to those unreasonable issues remain effect in the new plan. Second, as mainly dominated by the policy, it lacks of the concerns for people themselves and thus pays few attentions on sustainable development.


The theory and the methods of Spacesyntax provide a new approach which focuses on the “quality” rather than “quantity” of the traffic elements. If the choice of the route, which based on the individual’s cognition of space, takes a key place, the traditional concept of the grade of the road and the density of the network would not be the core issues. Instead, it is the efficiency of the usage of these roads, for example, the classification of the roads responding to varying natural demands, turns to be a key issue.
